Structural Steel & Miscellaneous Metals Atlantic Constructors is a full-service steel erection and fabrication contractor with in-house estimating, detailing and computer aided drafting (CAD). Our fabrication shop has been recognized by AISC as one of the safest shop operations in the country and houses an automated drill line, as well as OSHA approved blast and paint booths. BI Chemicals S5 Production Facility, Petersburg, VA

Atlantic Constructors performed the process piping, utility piping, steel erection, miscellaneous metals, rigging/equipment setting, and HVAC on this new 55,000 sq. ft. multi-story, pharmaceutical production facility. BI Chemicals produces Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and Intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry.

Anheuser Busch, Cooling Tower Replacement - Williamsburg, VA

Atlantic Constructors scope of work included the demolition of existing cooling towers and the installation of the new ammonia cooling system. In addition to rigging and setting all of the owner furnished equipment, we fabricated and installed all of the structural steel, stairs, grating, handrails, and pipe supports.

Northrop Grumman Newport News Shipyard - Newport News, VA

The shipyard needed a steel structure in which to cradle test weights for their crane systems. Atlantic Constructors detailed, fabricated, and painted the 17- ton lifting frame and the 12-ton bottom lifting frame.


Byrd Street Parking Deck - Richmond, VA
