RICHMOND CENTER STAGE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER

Description: Atlantic Constructors provided the HVAC and plumbing for this new performing arts center in the heart of downtown Richmond. The project includes renovations to the historic Carpenter's Center theater, new building additions, as well the renovations to the adjacent building (the former Thalhimer's department store). This 150,000 sq. ft. project includes a new 1000-ton central plant, as well as new and refurbished HVAC and plumbing systems throughout.
