MEADWESTVACO HEADQUARTERS

Description: Atlantic Constructors is performing the HVAC and plumbing for this 320,000 sq. ft., 9-story office/headquarters. Additionally there is an integral 400,000 sq. ft. parking deck located below the office tower. The HVAC system consists of a 1200-ton central plant, central station air-handling units, and variable air volume air distribution.

  • This project was started in January 2008 and will be completed in September 2009.
