WILLIAM & MARY COLLEGE – INTEGRATED SCIENCE CENTER

Description: Atlantic Constructors performed the HVAC, lab exhaust, plumbing/lab systems, and fire-protection scopes of work for this new 115,000 sq. ft. laboratory facility and the renovation of the existing 45,000 sq. ft. science building. The project includes a 25,000 sq. ft. vivarium.

  • This two phase project was started in September 2006. Phase I was completed in March of 2008 and phase II is scheduled to be completed in March 2009.
